The refined sartorial taste that marks the Yves seating system also characterises Yves Bed, a project for the night area that features its distinctive couture-inspired graphic effect. The seams add rhythm to the volumes of the headboard, shaping its design and becoming an integral part of its architectural language. The base, on which the mattress rests, consists of a sommier that guarantees a high quality of sleep, thanks to its many pocket springs. Supported by exquisite aluminium feet with a Chrome or Black Coffee finish, Yves Bed boasts an airy, light aesthetic. A furnishing piece with a versatile personality, capable of elevating moments of rest and relaxation.
Structure: One-piece free-standing bed frame in extra-thick plywood, with pocket springs, high-resilience CF-free polyurethane foam and perforated materials for improved air circulation. The one-piece headboard is padded with high-resilience variable-density polyurethane foam and breathable, hypoallergenic materials. The bed frame and headboard are finished with heat-bonded fibre laminated to white cotton fabric, providing soft and hygienic padding. Asymmetrical double-stitched seams and refined piping create a distinctive haute couture look, highlighting the craftsmanship of the system.
Covers: Upholstery in fabric or leather is completely removable. The headboard upholstery can be removed by lifting the headboard out of the bed frame using the quick set and release closure system.
Feet: Primary and weight-bearing in extruded aluminium varnished polished Black Coffee colour with anti-fingerprint finish or Chromed. Support is further guaranteed by metal feet with varnished polished anti-fingerprint black colour finish. Black protective SEBS and polyethylene glides.
Benches Structure: Seat structure in plywood of various thicknesses, layered with variable-density high-resilience polyurethane foam. It is padded with lightweight quilted material filled with high-loft channelled goose down for enhanced softness and comfort. The down is sanitised according to EC Regulation No. 1069/2009 and Assopiuma Gold Label certified. The padding is encased in breathable, hypoallergenic white cotton fabric. Asymmetrical double-stitched seams and refined piping create the system’s distinctive haute couture finish.
Benches Covers: upholstery is completely removable in all versions (fabric and leather).
Benches Feet: primary and weight-bearing in extruded aluminium varnished polished black coffee colour with anti-fingerprint finish or chromed. Black protective SEBS and polyethylene glides.
N.B.: Given the structure of the bed, it is not possible to insert a slatted base or adjust mattress height.
