Oriano Favaretto
Oriano Favaretto is an Italian designer and artist, born in Treviso in 1956. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, where he studied under the renowned artist Emilio Vedova. His artistic background and passion for Murano glass have strongly influenced his approach to design.
Favaretto is known for his experimental and visionary style, constantly exploring the relationship between form, function and material. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading Italian design companies and received several awards, including the Golden Lamp Award in Paris and the Prix d’Excellence for his Polipò lamp. His artistic works are exhibited at the Murano Glass Museum and in private collections.
